This book is a guidebook in a love story context for young adults, empowering them to recognise signs of potential abuse. It provides a character’s silent advice and guidance on familiarising young adults with unsettling behaviours and being self-aware. By doing so, they can research and address these issues if they encounter them, thereby taking control of their safety and well-being. Little signs can help anyone escape negative situations before they worsen. To support this process, I share a simple love story about a young lady called Toritsemotse, with an exciting twist that would change her life.
